I ordered my boat in June and just picked up my new 252S last week just in time for Labor Day. These guys jumped through hoops to prep the boat and have it looking fantastic for delivery. The process was great from my in person inquiry to delivery, Doug and Jerry are great to work with!

Took our Cobalt boat to them to be winterized. We have had it professionally winterized every year in Kentucky since we purchased it and never had any problems. Took it to Sizzle and my husband asked them to winterize it. Got it out of storage this summer and the lower unit was ruined because they didn't get all of the water out. Took back to Sizzle and they the service manager said we picked the wrong winterization package. What? There's a package where they don't get all the water out of the lower unit. On top of that, he told us they don't work on Volvo Penta engines. Why

I will never take my business to sizzle marine ever again. I called them and told them I have a brand new 2021 mercury 9.9 right out of the box that has carburetor issues and they told me bring it in we can fix it. I drive a half hour to take them my motor and when I get there they tell me we can't help you. They said they have no test tank to test my outboard so they refused to work on it.

What a great business to deal with… Doug in sales was a straight shooter and helped me track down a boat that I would have never found on my own. Finance was a breeze, and the owner/team completed everything I would need in advance. 1.5 hour run through and pick from out of state could not have been more thorough or seamless. New Yamaha AR250 delivered on every aspect of its design and performance.

Completely horrible place. I came in to pick up the decals I ordered. The guy in front of me was asking the manager about his service and manager told him whoever winterized his boat screwed up. He informed the manager that they winterized it. So the plugs that were missing was their fault. Manager then told him they would charge them double and through him out. The customer was polite the whole time. Absolutely terrible customer service and it was not even to me. After seeing this so called manager or owner do this and not stand behind their work I will never come here again

Won't go to the same lengths as other dealers if you're interested in a new boat that's high demand...sad I wasted my time giving them a lead, trust the reviews people, not worth your time to contact this dealer!

The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. How they are still in business is beyond me. If you're looking for a nice boat and decent customer service, I would highly recommend you go somewhere other than here.

Jerry Rutherford, what can I say...I don't know what your niche is, but it isn't boat sales. Rude from the very beginning. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase our new SX195 from Sizzle. Within minutes of looking the boat over, we found minor scratches on the bow. We agreed to pay full price for the boat if they would correct the scratches. The owner, Jerry, looked at the scratches and said they were "hardly noticeable." I offered to walk out to the boat and show him the scratches I was referring to and then he interrupted me and said "there's no scratches." He asked

Paul in service was extremely unprofessional on the phone. As someone in customer service, I know the customer comes first. Even if the customer is rude to you (which I was very polite) you maintain professionalism. This is the second time I have felt this way about my interaction with Paul, but I kept quiet the first time because we all have our bad days.
Honestly I do not care how cheap the work is, if I am not going to be treated with respect I will NOT give them my money. I'll pay double for an enjoyable experience. Hopefully management can help Paul with his customer service skills.

Went in to check out boats and possibly figure out what I wanted and work out financial details. Left after walking around all the boats and through the show room where three guys were deep in a BS session and couldn't even be bothered to say hi or ask if they could help me with something. It's as if they don't need to sell boats to stay in business. Don't worry though Paul's marine took good care of me after I left this place!

I don't understand how Sizzle stays in business. They are unbelievably rude and downright belligerent. I was YELLED! at for bringing our boat (that was not purchased from them) in for service. Apparently they don't work on boats not sold by them. That's OK, just say, "Sorry, we don't work on boats we don't sell."

Instead, the manager(?) went ballistic, turning red and screaming, "GET THAT F**KING BOAT OFF MY LOT!" I was totally shocked! I wasn't being confrontational; I merely brought a boat in for service. Yikes! The guy was certifiably
