These guys are fantastic! I have been using them for the past four years, and my water chemistry has been perfect. Prior to that (with other stores) it was nothing but headaches, wasted money, and a cloudy or green pool. Knowledgeable, honest, and helpful staff. I highly recommend visiting them if you are tired of flushing money down the drain.

Did they replace my pool liner? Yes. Was their customer service absolutely awful with zero communication? Yes. Did they make a huge muddy mess on the deck next to my pool and not even attempt to clean it up? Yes. Was the sand under the new liner not leveled before the installation? Yes. They only get that 2nd star because the liner was replaced, zero stars for everything else. I'd complain to them but I know it would fall on deaf ears.

It was a pleasure working with The Demetri at The Poolsmith. He is an honest and fair businessman who worked within our budget to meet our needs. Our pool and patio area have been transformed into a gorgeous outdoor space that we we will enjoy all year long. We could not be more pleased with the results. Our 30 year old pool has been given a much needed facelift and our outdated patio has become the inviting, entertainment space we have been wanting for many years. There are many pool companies to choose from. However, it is with complete satisfaction that I highly recommend PoolSmith as a top rated pool company. I have used this company for several years and find the owner, Demetri responsive to emails, and always wants to resolve any concerns. The store, which has been expanded is clean and well stocked. Look I’m not much for reviews but I have to say pool Smith did my liner and they went out of there way to make sure that I was happy with the new liner. The crew that came was great masks social distance and they made sure I was happy with the liner. Even Dimtri came to make sure all was well. Glad I call pool Smith. Happy customer.

Very disappointed with this place and I would recommend staying away. They DO NOT stand behind their work and their work was subpar. Had them replace a liner in my pool last year. Above ground oval. The liner was replaced on July 20, 2019. Since it was filled with fresh water and clean, I never had to use the filter so I didn't notice that they broke the power switch. That was not the problem and I fixed it this spring when I opened the pool. But when I opened the pool, I noticed that the new liner had slipped off the pool wall in two spots. Well, now I know why there are so many bad reviews on the web about this company. The did a horrible job opening my pool. They used MY chemicals even though the price for opening included chemicals. They rolled my pool cover in a big ball instead of folding it neatly, leaving it to mildew and rot. In addition they tore a hole in the cover and refused to take responsibility.
They came to power vac when no 9ne was home. They left a bill for $500 (!) which is more than twice what I was charged in the past.
Stay away!

Actually I would like to give them more than 5 Stars! When I researched pool companies to repair my 45 year old in-ground pool, I found this company and noticed the rave reviews. Not a real believer in Ratings, I called and spoke with Dimitri. I started to believe in the reviews. They found a major leak in the return line and recommended replacing the 43 year old piping. After reading the negative reviews from years ago, I am writing a positive one for 2018. This is the first summer that we have used Poolsmith for maintenance for our inground pool and so far we anticipate using them for all of our pool needs. Our first pool vacuuming was done by Ace( real name)/Vinny , who were efficient and left my pool looking good. When I needed some additional service I left a message for Dimetri(owner) and I received a return text within a reasonable amount of time. So terribly disappointed. After being a loyal customer for years, always being time flexible, never questioning prices, I am appalled. Two weeks ago they called to set today's appointment. No show, no call. Then they call my husband to say they're not coming here anymore. They don't have enough staff? Pathetic. Just a pathetic excuse for a business.

I have found The Pool Smith to be reliable and effective. They have opened and closed my pool for the past several years. Always show up at the time they say they will and finish their work quickly and efficiently.

The highest praise is that I can say without any reservation, that I trust them!
