Worst customer service experience that I can recall in all my 45 years. I know parts are hard to come by and expected delays but its been 4.5 months since I dropped off a small kids 125cc atv. Not once did they proactively reach out to me to let me know what was wrong with it, what parts they need, eta or nothing. I was able to get a response twice from them during this time but it took many calls and emails before they responded and i only got "we'll look into it and get back to you". That never happened. I purchased a brand new 4 wheeler on December 15 2020 it's now August 30th and still no title. I've called several times takes forever to get a call back. Called the finance company they don't have a title either.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. my lawn tractor I bought with a 3yr tractor and 10yr deck warranty had to go back because something was wrong with the deck. Turned put one of the spindles broke and 2 blades were bent, something I could have easily fixed as an ASE mechanic, but that's why I got the warranty. it's been a solid month and never got the actual diagnosis or progress except when I caller, still don't have my tractor back. Customer service is terrible

Drove 2 hours for a utv. Rob was super helpful via email and had machine ready for us when we arrived. Amelia and Logan were great. Phenomonal customer service!

Bought 2 hammerhead go carts from them. Considering buying more but when it comes to service they are horrific. They have had 2 of my go carts for over 2 months. I have called more than half a dozen times. No call back. I would not recommend.

Initially my experience was a little rough. When my LS MT125 tractor was delivered it was missing the three point linkage and the seat belt was improperly attached to the seat witch kept the seat from swiveling properly for backhoe use. My salesman Robert took care of me and offered to deliver the linkage and gave me what I needed to correct the seat problem. That said I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would buy from Maxx Power in the future.

Quoted a price of $150. Ended up being $189. Had mower for 9 days when said they'd have it for a week. Didn't get a mulching kit with the blades. Got it home and was backing it off the trailer and oil was blowing everywhere. They never screwed the dip stick down. Called them and all they had to say was "they were sorry. What are you expecting us to do?" Terrible service all the way around.

I rarely write formal reviews, however, this one was warranted! If you are in the market for a go-kart, tractor, etc., I would not go anywhere else! I am 114+ miles away and will return to this store in the future when I am in need of another item that you sell. I am a recent customer and have not received such quality service, before, during and AFTER THE SALE, like this - and I'm half a century old! I can honestly state that Rob and staff are 10 stars out of 5 - thank you for an excellent transaction from start to finish! I wish more business owners had such sincere concern for maintaining exemplary

I had called to find if they had blades for my mower. I was told they didn't have them in stock, but could have them the following day. The clerk said she couldn't give me a time for the delivery, but deliveries usually arrive between 11-1.
The following day a drive to Winchester to kill time while waiting on the call. About 3 I call them only to find out that the girl I spoke to the previous day was not working. I was told that the order had not been placed and there was no explanation.

Not sure if this is typical for the business, but beware that this is a possibility. Incompetence

I just purchased a tractor from Rob at Maxx Power Equipment and he was great to deal with, very personable and pleasant. Due to my distance from the dealership, Rob worked with me over the phone and through email to setup the transaction. Everything went smoothly and the tractor was delivered in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. I would purchase from them again.

We went to Maxx Powersport to buy a Husqvarna chainsaw. Great customer service from everyone. They made the process fast and easy. We would definitely go back for service or any other purchases. Support local businesses!

LOVE these folks! Bought my new Bad Boy Zero Turn from them back in the spring. You couldn't ask for a more helpful bunch! Gave me a great deal on an exceptional mower, bent over backwards to make sure I was happy before, during and after the sale. They carry lots of ATV, mowers, etc. Will definitely buy from them again.
