My wife's IPhone 11 was stuck on a restart loop, Mason takes a look at the phone and disassembles it then begins troubleshooting it like a boss. He fixes it in less than 10 minutes and to say we were impressed is an understatement. This guy isn't an IPhone Doctor he's THE PROFESSOR !!!
We also had a broken screen replaced on our IPAD mini 2, Molly gave us a low price of $55 to have it fixed. We have gotten quotes from other places to have the screen fixed none lower than $150. This place is definitely the real deal .

Mason was the best. I brought my iPhone 13 in to have my screen protector put on and he handled my phone as if it was his own. Mason was very friendly and my phone is now protected thanks to Mason. This location is located in the shopping center of Stephanie and Wigwam Parkway off the 215 (next to Farmer Boys) My son broke his phone screen and it was cracked and we couldn't see anything. I came in for a quote and they were able to fix the phone the same day within a hour. We were so happy to have the phone working again. I waited almost 3 months to do the review but the phone is still working perfectly. The staff was friendly and trustworthy and all the information they gave was accurate and correct. Avoid this phone repair service at all cost. Turn and burn with no quality control and the manager has an attitude. I should have known better when i finally looked on yelp and saw their ratings. Lesson learned. Found a way better company. The owner was polite and warranties his service for 90 days not 30. He stated that he end up getting a lot of business from the iPhone DOCTOR, because of their reputation, poor quality repairs and bad customer experience.

My phone’s power jack had been unreliable for some time. During quarantine and social distancing, it was getting so sketchy it would only work with 1 iPhone cord, and with that one it was 50/50 if it would charge and stay charging.
The tech quoted me $66 for a new jack when I called. When I got there, he came to the passenger side of my car with mask and gloves on. He had me hand him the phone through the window and I put it on the disinfecting wipe in the palm of his hand.

TWO separate times I have gotten my phone fixed by this company and only a few days later each time my phone breaks again. The workmanship is very faulty and unskilled. If you drop your phone on carpet, or set it down on the counter with any amount of force, the screen will crack after taking it to the iPhone "doctor". I took my phone back after this occurred and they refused to fix it! Even though it was just a few days after they had "repaired" it. All they offered me was $10 off-- what a joke! Take your phone elsewhere and learn from my mistake. This company hires back door

I just called and stopped by this store. I thought my iPhone’s screen broke but when James came out of the store to check my phone, it was only the new screen protector that needed to be replaced! Because of James’ honesty, he saved me $105 and I only paid for the new phone’s protector. His customer service is a true 5 star service.

They are the WORST! DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME.
My son took his phone there. The lady said come back a week later if you have any problems. He did and the rep said she was fired and refuse to help him with his phone after explaining everything to them. We have gone to this location for 2 years and each time its someone new and the service gets worst and worst.

Jaz is super nice and helpful. He fixed my broken iPhone screen in record time. I got a deal on an Otterbox so hopefully the screen won't break anymore since I drop the phone throughout the day, everyday. I have insurance but the guy at the Sprint store said the camera was broken so I couldn't turn in the claim. Jaz said there is nothing wrong so the camera. Happy I stopped in. David is a nice guy too. 5 stars all the way.

Beware!!! They replace your parts!
My iphone Xs max had water leaking, and I should change brand new displace screen. It worked again but 1 day later, my phone had water damage again, I asked them for water leaking service.
But the iphone was completely died at this time. They couldnt fix it. I got my iphone back, but my brand new displace screen has been changed by a crashed and broken glass.
I contacted own (Jose), but he told me that they dont have an extra screen for me and didnt explain what have happened with my iphone!
I never come back!!!

Save your money, they aren't professionals !
They charge me $180 to replace my broken iPad screen, 2 months later after back and forwards visiting the store they replaced the screen but they didn't attached it right, the screen is shut off all the time plus some additional damage to the screen.
In that point they don't want to fix or return the money... back to square one minus $180..

No nonsense repairs, you have an idea on the range of services based on the symptoms, quick communication via phone/text, showed up, one person in front of me (very short wait). Had a phone with a dead digitizer, confirmed it was the problem, repair done, phone booted and worked 100%. Ended up fixing a second phone I brought along for the ride, only added 10 minutes to the whole thing. Great customer service, good location.

Giving a 3 star because I was quoted $75 on the phone, then in the shop it turned into $85. Come to find out I was actually charged $93.79. Not cool! If you're going to quote a price that should be the price with tax included or advise the buyer the price quoted doesn't include fees and taxes. I would have gone to the other guy that was charging less. I feel a little scammed.

Easy parking at this location and the vibe is mellow. There's a fish tank and I swear I heard a water fountain. For sure there's a TV in the office space and a couple of magazines, because unless you bring a book, you won't know what to do without your phone.
I arrived and there were 2 phones to be repaired ahead of mine. I decided to run a couple of errands. I was gone about 30 min, maaaybe 45. My phone was perfectly repaired when I returned. Would absolutely recommend and return here, myself.
