Kyle Brown founded KB Performance in April of 2019 while training and competing on the World Cup stage in the sport of Skeleton. Utilizing his experience as a professional athlete and his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance from Springfield College, he decided it was time to bring a whole new training philosophy to the capital region.
Kyle is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) and worked at the #1 rated gym in America, voted by Men's Health Magazine, Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning for 7 years. Applying functional training into youth, adult, and athlete training programs have shown to be an essential part of reaching the results you are looking for no matter the circumstances.

Kyle Brown Performance (KBP), located in Concord NH, is a state of the art, a boutique training center that specializes in functional training for adults of all ages and athletes from high school through professionals. Our unique approach combines personal one-on-one training into small group (9 people or less) one-hour training sessions for accountability and social interaction.
A whole-body workout that targets all muscle groups with a blend of using the equipment, your body weight, and cardio exercises. Each session will progress through a full range of motion exercises within a set of activities that are designed to exercise the body as a whole and enhance your strength, heart, range of motion, and flexibility.
I'm not one who has enjoyed my past gym experiences, but here it's different. I'm benefiting from the staff's knowledge and personal attention in a small class sized environment. I get more out of my workouts then I ever had before. The friendly atmosphere at KBP is very welcoming to all ages & fitness levels.
Our Adult Training consists of either 2 or 3 days a week training for 8-weeks incorporating functional training to enable you to thrive in life, attain your ideal weight, and perform at your best level regardless of your occupation. It is based on strengthening your weaknesses and capitalizing on your strengths whiling using our signature 5-Pillar programming.
Our Athlete Training program is custom designed for each athlete based on their current strengths and weaknesses along with the sport you are training for. Sessions will range from two to three days a week. Your coach from KBP will meet with you, put you through a series of challenges, movements, and questions, and then design your program accordingly.

Having been athletically active most of my life, I wound up in my early 70s with bad knees, lower back pain, and balance issues. I knew my medical options, and decided to try a more natural approach and thus I wound up at Kyle Brown Performance. I couldn't be happier I opted to sign up for personal training by Kyle. For one thing, he's fun to work with. But most importantly, he knows what he's doing and gears his training to help me build my strength where I need it. I would recommend Kyle Brown Performance to anyone and everyone! Kyle has a great gym setup in a convenient location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere at the gym is positive and nonjudgmental, unlike any other gym I have been to. Kyle goes the extra mile to help his clients reach their goals and modifies workout plans so they work for you. Going to KBP is the highlight of every week!

KBP is the best new training facility of its kind in Concord, NH! It’s not a typical gym but rather a functional movement training center. It’s for athletes looking to better their game & for “regular” people that are sick of the typical gym centers & for those wanting to make a true long lasting difference in their lives!!
