Medical Clinic Pharmacy

Called about getting rapid Covid tests for a concert and was told to walk in before 5. Kids did and were told they need an appointment or wait two hours! They close in an hour but we were told to be there by 5! Nobody knows what they hell is going on.

I find it difficult to sign in under my name and password. Refill request entered under guest status so it works but would like to know what I'm doing wrong that won't accept my info.

Such kind and caring people! Everyone I came in contact with was well spoken and kind! We were calling around for a covid test for an event we were going to and they gave us a great option talked through everything and were so kind to my daughter who had never been tested before! Tyler and his crew are the kindest and most caring pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life!! They are more involved in my medical care than any one at any big box pharmacy. They actually know who I am. Shoot, they know my voice on the phone! Definitely the most caring, genuine, warm and involved pharmacy in the valley!! They always have your best interest in mind and care about you as a person, not just as a prescription.

Tyler and his staff (Lisa, Mike and Beau to name a few) are the best around. I drive from Weiser because of the service, their knowledge and the helpful staff. I have never had a better pharmacist than Tyler or Mike.

Every time I have a prescription here I call first, they always tell me it will be ready in an hour. I have health issues that makes sitting in their chairs painful. Never once has my prescriptions been ready and I have to wait, sometimes for more than an hour.
This time I called Thursday at 2:20, they said it would be an hour, I asked them to hold it till the morning. I called Friday morning and at first they claimed no prescriptions were called in, then they told me it wasn't ready and it would be an hour. I don't live in Caldwell and have to make a special trip just to get there.

I had no idea that independent pharmacies cost the same as the big box stores. I always thought they were more expensive. My wife and I have have been going to Medical Clinic Pharmacy for over a year now and have really appreciated how nice the staff is. Tyler and the other pharmacist have been very helpful and do a great job taking the time to answer all our questions and help us save money. My grandparents just switched over too.

This Pharmacy is amazing!!! I have a Type 1 diabetic child and they have bent over backwards to accommodate our medication needs and trust me our needs are not small. You will not meet a more customer oriented and friendly bunch of people.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 2 years and they are the top of the line. Every pharmacist and tech have been pleasant,caring and knowledgable. The service is impeccable. I have never been happier. I wish I didn't have to be on medications but as it is not possible for that to happen I am very thankful to have Medical Clinic available to myself and my husband. Keep up that great service.
