Certified LEAP Therapist - MRT Food Sensitivity Testing and dietary protocol advanced training. When I was in college studying to become a dietitian, I found myself struggling with debilitating fatigue, widespread pain, and daily migraine headaches. Flash forward to today and not only did I learn to eliminate my own symptoms through changes to my lifestyle, but I now have the pleasure of helping my clients do the same.

I understand the path that they've been on and can guide them forward to a place of true relief and healing. Our entire Rethink Nutrition team is dedicated to helping our clients learn how to live in a way that helps them feel their best. In my case, that's working with clients who struggle with gastrointestinal (GI) disorders and immune system dysfunctions such as fibromyalgia, eczema, inflammatory conditions, and autoimmune diseases.
Services
We understand that life can throw obstacles. We're still here for you. We can provide our services through HIPPA compliant video chat/conferencing programs and apps. This is a great option for many that have busy or unpredictable schedules, live too far out of town (or out of state!), or just don't find it feasible to meet in person.

Anna and her team were great to work with. I have really struggled with stomach issues in the past and I feel better than I have in a long time! They always replied to questions in a timely manner and made me feel like I was one of the only clients they were working with.

I would definitely recommend Rethink Nutrition to those struggling with GERD. Five months ago, my GERD was out of control and I felt pretty hopeless about it. With the expertise and support of Anna, I was able to learn about my food sensitivities, how they were impacting me, and how to maintain a diet and lifestyle that minimizes gut irritation and inflammation. I believe I have addressed the core issues behind my GERD and have come a long way in the last few months!

Rethink Nutrition is a great place! I was feeling so pourly for such a long time when my Doc said go to Rethink. Anna really helped me identify my food sensitivities and make dietary changes to alleviate my symptoms. She's got me eating healthier while still enjoying food. In the process of cleaning up my diet we have wiped out 30 years of constant inflammation. I feel better and am at a much better, lower weight. I feel like "me" again! Thanks to Anna I've made good, permanent life changes through this program. I'm so very glad I was referred to Rethink. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Anna at Rethink Nutrition. She has helped me tremendously with the issues I was having by listening and working closely together to solve them in a healthy way that I can continue to utilize to keep symptoms under control and provided tools to use if I have a flare up. I now have a better understanding of what is going on in my system and am confident I can live comfortably with the changes I’ve made. Working this program was one of my best decisions. Having struggled with pain and discomfort for most of my adult life, I was referred to Anna. I would strongly urge others to take advantage of the food sensitivity testing. The staff has been most helpful, promptly answered any questions, provided great food substitution ideas, recipes and healthy snack alternatives, all the while making the diet transition fun and interesting!

My experience working with Sydney at Rethink Nutrition was wonderful! She helped me see that consistency and balance are an important part in being healthy, and she taught me how to work towards food freedom. It was easy to be honest about challenges, and I was always met with patience and new solutions to try. There were so many days I wanted to give up on recovery, but her encouragement and advice helped me keep going. If you're struggling but hesitant to see a dietitian, I would suggest Rethink because you deserve the care and support to get better. Sydney is truly amazing at what she does.

I have been working with Sydney Cochran at Rethink Nutrition for a little over 3 months now. My experience has been wonderful. She has a "non-diet" approach and a lot of the work that we have done has revolved around stress-management and nutrition. She is friendly and professional and super easy to talk to. I have learned a lot about myself and have appreciated the time that we spend focusing on being intentional with my health and wellness.

Anna has truly changed my life. Working with her has brought a whole new understanding of how nutrition affects my daily life. My medical history is complicated and messy and she took the time to hear my whole story and put the puzzle pieces of my health together. Anna has done wonders for me. I first met her with high cholesterol and a very bad eating habit, frozen dinners and pizza's was my choice. I also started having diverticulitis which caused terrible stomach issues. But with her guidance, my cholesterol level has dropped, my diverticulitis has been very manageable, and, I've kind of became a home chef, experimenting in different foods. I've done a complete 180 with the help and support of Anna and Rethink Nutrition!

Anna Binder was extremely caring during our 3 months working together. Very knowledgeable in food sensitivities and gut health, I was able to become aware of what food triggers to avoid for bloating and other tummy troubles.
