Services
Riverside Machine and Automation is a modern, state-of-the-art 45,000 square foot facility specializing in machining and automation of high quality components for various industries nationwide. Located just outside Toledo, Ohio, we are close to many major markets which are constantly in need of our superior services.
Many of the parts that Riverside produces require assembly work - from minor installation of bearings or bushings to major subassemblies on larger hardware masterpieces. The custom assembly aspect of our business takes great pride in being a tiered supplier for the automotive industry as well as a major player in many other industries.
Our electrical and mechanical engineers, through the use of SolidWorks and Mastercam, are gifted tacticians of custom design and custom gauging. Riverside gives clients access to manufacturing experts who optimize the quality and productivity of the manufacturing process, minimize risks and hazards, and maximize profitability.
Our Coordinate Measuring Machine, at the helm of our inspection devices, travels 40" x 60" x 100" with a maximum table weight of 15,000 pounds. This means we can find very small problems on very large objects. This machine adheres to the certified inspection standards of the AIAG (American International Automotive Group), MSA (Measurement and Statistical Analysis), and ISO 9001.
