Services
Due to the uncertainty in our world right now I have turned to Telehealth as a way to offer help to patients. Using videoconferencing on your smart phone, tablet or computer, we can meet face to face with the use of a secure HIPAA compliant web service. All Telehealth appointments are confidential and encrypted.
Brigette practices acupuncture, traditional Chinese Medicine, and classical Chinese Herbalism to treat the above conditions. She now also offers telehealth, which includes Chinese herbal consultations and guided acupuncture sessions using these ancient traditions via an online platform to help balance health, eliminate pain, decrease stress, and improve overall quality of life.
As a trained practitioner, Brigette will inspect your whole body, noticing posture, the condition of your hair, skin, and eyes, and your level of energy. She will pay particular attention to the sound of your voice and the effort or lack of effort you require for normal breathing. Brigette will check your pulse for both rate and quality.
Brigette has had a lifelong interest in natural health. While living in South America she lived in the mountains for a time and was able to observe the local healers using natural resources to help when their friends had illnesses. Upon her return to the United States, she worked with the homeless and pursued her natural health interests informally.
A condition that affects the 7th cranial nerve and leaves one side of your face paralyzed. This happened two days after the birth of my third child. I was not only overwhelmed with the uncertainties of a newborn baby (& two other children) but was terrified that I was going to be permanently paralyzed.
