Charged me over three times what the package should have cost to ship, then looked me in the face and told me I couldn't get it cheaper anywhere else. Not sure how this is supposed to be a sustainable business practice but I would not recommend anyone to purchase any shipping labels here.

Friendly, efficient service, and the one in Damariscotta has a cute bulldog who hangs around the store snoozing. They will give you all the options for mailing anything with all the pros and cons of each including which is cheapest and make it easy. They sell stamps here and the Damariscotta one has embroidery/screen printing services as well.

Over the past few months, Mail It 4U has been such an easy and convenient location to mail some very important things! The staff are so friendly, I've never waited more than 3 minutes in line and they are willing to help in any way they can. Multiple times, the nicest woman behind the counter has made sure I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend them any day and will absolutely use them any time I need something mailed from now on!

UPS failed to deliver a premium package on time (that cost an enormous amount because it was an expedited package). I called the store and Bob - the owner of Mail It 4 U - answered. He exerted maximum effort to get me a substantial refund (the difference between the expedited price and the ground price) and even cut a refund check before getting confirmation that UPS would grant HIM the refund. He even followed up on his day off. Outstanding personal service.

Mail it 4 You is FABULOUS! I got caught in a scam that would have lost me $2500.00. They tracked my merchandise and got it back to me before it was delivered to the scammer in California. They cared enough to make sure I defeated the scammer. I am truly grateful for them. I'll never use the Post office again.

I had the good fortune to discover this wonderful company who, as it turns out, is a UPS service center that does just about Everything. What they helped me with and literally "saved the day" and provided a 100% level of stress relief - was shipping a large amount of household items from their town to my new residence in California. I'd originally planned to go with another company that specializes in palette shipments - but when I found out that this company does that also, I signed up immediately and later that day showed up with a car and minivan full of STUFF! Some was boxed

Bob and his family who have taken over the ownership of Mail It 4 U since the retirement of the previous owner just a couple of years ago, have done a great job with the service they provide regarding the care they take in packaging items for shipment, especially antiques. We just moved from Maine to California and every item Bob packaged himself arrived here just fine because of the professional process, care and thinking he used to package those items. No kidding, Bob should be hired as the manager of packaging for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He is that good.
