I specifically rode with John church and James Thompson. They where sweet nice and honest. However, as we went across country the amount of drivers who had their own vehicle and where driving through not wearing masks and also showing absolute symptoms of colds (same as covid) was immeasurable and astonishing. There is no way to keep a trucker honest about their symptoms because even if they have a fever they take Tylenol 30 mins before work and it's gone. We need to only rely on local suppliers and of we can't then we don't need to buy it.

I worked here for several years. If you are looking for a company to get your experience, here it is.
Hometime is okay.
The pay is about middle of the industry.
The health insurance is good.
The 401k is okay.
There isn't any assigned loads / runs.
There are too many out of shape drivers that shouldn't even have a CDL.
There isn't too much loyalty. It's their way, even if wrong or no way.
✌

I've been here going on 6 years all in all been a great place to work. They are friendly, great pay since recent raises flexible when you got something to be home for. Your not a number they know you by name which is what has kept me here. Really gonna hate to leave this place, lately not being able to maintain a normal schedule can't make plans never know when gonna be home.
