To help our customers get outside and enjoying their yards without the worry of being bitten by disease carrying mosquitoes and ticks. Getting rid of ticks (and mosquitoes) is personal to me. When I was 19 years old I had a "mysterious" disease that kept me bed ridden and out of work for a year. Doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Overtime I slowly started to get well enough to work again. And I didn't think much of it. I had pain constantly in my body and a weak immune system. In 2014, I was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease and some coinfections such as Bartonella and Babesia. In 2012 after my wife had our daughter, she started experiencing joint pain and headaches.
Services
At Garden State Mosquito and Tick, our goal is to help our customers get outside and enjoy their yards without the worry of being bitten by disease carrying mosquitoes and ticks. All of our products are EPA approved and are extremely effective in reducing mosquitos and ticks. Our technicians are knowledgeable, licensed and insured, and will provide you with professional quality service.
What products are being used in my yard and are they safe? Our mosquito treatments utilize a product that contains synthetic forms of Pyrethrins called pyrethroids. Pyrethrins are pesticides found naturally in chrysanthemum flowers and are toxic to insects and effective in reducing them. Pyrethrins are commonly used to control mosquitoes and many other pests.
Our non-organic mosquito & tick treatment in New Jersey is a pyrethoids based treatment. Many people often ask what is difference between pyrethrins and pyrethroids? Pyrethrum is the extract from the Chrysanthemum plant containing pyrethrins. Pyrethroids are synthetic, or man-made, versions of pyrethrins.
At Garden State Mosquito & Tick we provide a natural option because we understand that every customer is different and has different needs. Our organic treatments include essential oil compounds that work to reduce, BOTH, mosquitoes and ticks on contact. For desirable results, organic treatments should be applied every 14 days due to the nature of the essential oil compounds being more fragile.
