We had some concerns with my daughters teeth, she’s only 8, and with the eruption of her permanent teeth. I have worked around Dr. B professionally ( I work for a dentist ) for many years and seen several complicated cases with very positive results. I knew that he would do the best he could for my daughter and the outcome will be positive. Plus she really liked him and his staff is awesome.

Dr. Belnap and his team are top notch! The front-end office staff is always so kind and welcoming whenever I go in. The assistants in the back are equally as kind and welcoming when you go back to get your braces worked on. I have been so impressed with how they maintain a sense of professionalism, but at the same time ensures that their office is a place where you can smile and laugh. Hands down would recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontics office.

We absolutely recommend Dr. Belnap as an Orthodontist. He has been our orthodontist for all of our children and their smiles are amazing. We love the office staff as well. They are always friendly and welcoming and willing to accommodate us if we have to reschedule or make changes. Overall it is a great environment.

The team at this office has made our experience very good. I have two kids just finishing up with their braces and it has been uneventful (which really is what you want). It has been easy to understand what is happening and zero drama. I appreciate the friendliness of everyone in the office--BUT also, that we never have to sit around waiting to be seen. It is consistently easy to get to an appointment, be seen and get home in under an hour.

The service seems to have been effective and as planned. But communication with our older child was poor, he didn't seem to like questions or concerns, just wanted us to say "okay, whatever you say." Other than the initial visit, which was quite positive, we never felt really comfortable or valued; I guess the emphasis is the sales pitch up front to get you on board? And though we made a fairly large lump sum payment at the first, and made regular payments, when we missed a payment, and without other warning, he threatened to report us to a credit bureau if we didn't pay
