He started the business with the concept to build quality, handcrafted custom furniture and cabinetry and to sell directly to the end consumer. While learning his trade in a small town in New Hampshire, he learned the cabinetmaking trade and the skill to build fine furniture and cabinetry.

Curtis Furniture Company represents three generations offering custom furniture, cabinets, and furnishing, we are family owned and we build every piece to your specifications. Born and raised in Northern New York, Peter S. Curtis began Curtis Furniture Company in 1981. He learned his trade in Epsom, NH and moved back home to begin his business.

Great experience here. The business is family owned and operated. Jessica was very helpful as I tried to design a custom table for my Winnebago. She walked me through the different types of wood and stains. I brought them a cardboard mockup of what I wanted and they made it exactly the way I wanted. I just traveled across the country with it. I was able to eat my dinners and work all day on my new table. Thank you Curtis Furniture!

My wife and I had Curtis Furniture make us a pair of cherry end tables. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and the general dimensions, and they took it all down and had a set of plans for us within minutes.
We were so blown away with the quality that we went back and ordered an entertainment stand to match!
