The people they sell insurance for they will not hold accountable and make them good on their word I had full coverage insurance on my vehicle I had a claim my vehicle still on fixed and they're trying to statement that I have previous damage to my vehicle which is lies and yet they refuse to do anything for me people beware I will choose somebody like Allstate or progressive cuz these people say it's not their fault it's not on them it's on the people they sell insurance for when it's clearly their fault and they continue to sell insurance for these people knowing that they don't hold good on

Save yourself the trouble,cut out the middle man and find it yourself. They took forever to get back to me on business liability. And when they did, i looked into the policy they had already started me on, didnt have the coverage i needed, ended up finding some myself. They can set up a policy, just wont cancel them when needed. I was told i needed to do it myself. So why not find it myself. Useless agency.

My car insurance needed to be renewed and the company did not tell me until I got a call about it being cancelled. Being that I am sick he was also able to do everything over the phone and email. With an electronic signature I was good to go.
