Judit European Day Spa
We warmheartedly welcome you at our new spa located in Sewickley, PA. The spa was founded by Judit who with her trained expert staff are able to identify the most effective treatments for your skin by using the best Hungarian products on the market. We can proudly say that we are the first salon in Pennsylvania to use Omorovicza products and we exclusively use all natural Eminence Organic Skin Care originated from Hungary.
Services
Elizabeth, who had emigrated from her native Hungary, had established herself as a sought-out masseuse, including the honor of massaging a member of the Royal Family, when she was joined by her daughter, Judit, who emigrated in 2001.

With Judit's extensive experience and training in the art and science of skincare, coupled with Elizabeth's background, Judit European Day Spa brought to life Judit's vision of providing the Hungarian Skin Care Aesthetic, where facials are considered essential maintenance - not a luxury, to the women (and men) of Southwestern PA.
Our signature facial is customized specifically to the needs of your skin utilizing only Eminence organic skin care providing beneficial elements of organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. This luxurious facial will include gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extraction (if desired), and classic Hungarian facial massage to exercise the facial muscles for instant lifting and firming.
A gentle, full-body massage designed for relaxation and to soothe tired muscles. This light-to-medium pressure massage is perfect for enhancing circulation, melting away stress, and reviving your senses. A healing therapy for the mind and body. Enjoy greater range of motion as your therapist works on targeted areas of concern.
This treatment leaves your skin silky smooth, tightened and nourished with a blend of anti-oxidants and alpha hydroxyl acids. This two-step gentle exfoliation utilizes granulated pumice stone in a cream base, followed by a loofah scrub, which stimulates circulation and removes dead skin. Chamomile gel, rich in natural botanicals, is applied for immediate hydration.
Nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle treatment, followed by a hand massage with warming mitts and finished with your choice of polish or buffing. Nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle treatment, followed by a hand massage and finished with your choice of gel polish. Spa Manicure with the addition of a personalized, single use, paraffin bath formulated with Swiss apple stem cells to nourish and protect the skin.

Very posh, spacious, well-apointed salon in the center of a prestigious neighborhood. Excellent massage. Friendly, professional staff.

Had a birthday couples massage with my husband here, it was wonderful! Spa is very chic and boutique like, I think a girls day would be fun here. We were greeted with champagne and felt like royalty! The staff accidentally charged me twice for the massage but I called and they quickly reversed it, very professional and would recommend!

Unprofessional and disappointing service. The two technicians giving my sister and I the manicures and pedicures were contentious with each other throughout the service. The technician giving one pedicure rudely said I had 'foot funk' - not the case, I have regular pedicures and my feet are in good condition. While my sister and I were chatting, an employee loudly interrupted to tell one technician that her baby had a bowel movement which is certainly not appropriate in a spa environment with guests present. The experience was not enjoyable and I do not recommend this spa. As far

I have been a customer here since they were located in the south side. I recently called to ask a question and was treated very poorly by their receptionist. She hung up on me and would not answer my phone calls after. I had to call from my friends phone to get her to answer to speak with the owner about my question and my experience. She answers and goes is this who I think it is and hung up on me. The mother of the owner would have never treated customers like this. This place is not the same, family owner spa that I used to visit. Do yourself a favor and go to the Sewickley spa.

Judit was very nicely put together, and the staff was very friendly. However from the second we walked in, even though it was my first massage..I could tell something was off about the place, they didn't ask us to fill out a consent form or anything, just simply asked "any allergies?" It was supposed to be a nice romantic couples massage for my significant other and I. However, my girlfriend said it felt as if we paid for her masseuse to rub lotion on her back. The room atmosphere was horrible, with the bright lights shining in on us. Also I ordered the couples massage which had

I've been to Judit's a few times over the last few years and it is always a great experience beginning to end.
I got an amazing deep tissue massage from Abby yesterday! She was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. My back and shoulders are always tough from a combination of a desk job and powerlifting but she did an incredible job working out a lot of tough pain points.

Started with a seamless booking process. They were the only place I could dine with the ability to do four facials at once (went for a birthday girls day). Had to put credit card info down but no issue as they did call to confirm the day before services were issued so I wouldn't have to be charged for changes. Great spot for our first facials. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and ready to serve. They three of the four us water or champagne and gave my sister a free eyebrow wax because it was her birthday. We were 50/50 on whether we enjoyed the experience but I was in the 50

I've had several pedicures here, no other services. But they've consistently been the best, most thorough pedicures I've ever had. As soon as you walk into this quiet, elegant space, you forget about Carson Street and its noise, etc., on the other side of the door. It's similar to a few European day spas I've visited. Refreshments are offered, including mimosas, cheeses, fresh fruits. This is a far cry from other establishments in Pittsburgh, although the price of a pedicure is aligned with other shops in the area. The basic pedicure is very thorough, as I've stated

I was a loyal customer here. I usually get massages every 2-3 months at Judit. I have always had a pleasant experience and recommend Judit to others. I'm very upset with my latest experience with the spa. I made a 90 minute massage appointment well in advanced. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call to ask if I would still be coming to the appointment which I thought was strange, but I replied yes. Apparently the employee that I was scheduled with was not coming into work today because of the weather. I understand things like weather are uncontrollable but this should not fall

I haven't had a massage in a few years, but decided to treat myself to a 90 minuet Swedish massage with Kathy on my birthday. I arrived a bit early to the salon and was immediately greeted, my coat taken, and offered a drink. The salon was very quiet and the staff were inviting. My massage with Kathy was very soothing and I felt very comfortable. I was also glad that the massage lotion that is used is hypoallergenic and did not conflict with my allergy. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This place is great for me because I'm RIGHT down the street - that's the reason I first went. I didn't check prices against other spots I've been on the South Side but, afterward did and noted that the pricing was on point for sure.

Cozy, small and personal is something I can say when you first walk in. Definitely European, which is something different for the S. Side/PGH for me.

I see Kristi every time I go for waxing, facials, pedicures etc... she's great, friendly and knows her stuff. The products are not all Vegan, if you are so please be sure to ask if this matters

This place is a diamond in the Pittsburgh rough. I have struggled with adult acne due to a medical condition, and the facials here have been a life saver. Kritzi does my facials every month and is absolutely amazing. She provides me practical advice for products and lifestyle changes that, along with the facials, have done wonders for my complexion.

Thank you so much for giving me beautiful skin!

I come here to get facials but I have never tried anything else (yet). If you come here you don't have to worry about parking because there is a pay lot right behind the spa. I love the calming atmosphere and the service. I got the blueberry detox peel twice and it was worth every penny! It definitely burns so don't be surprised. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

I can only base the quality of the facials at Judit on what my wife tells me, but considering they're still the place she compares all others to says a lot.

As far as myself? Until we moved away from Pittsburgh, I typically went to Judit every month for a massage. As someone who always overworked my body running, playing soccer, etc. it was almost a necessity. Karen was my usual masseuse and she did a great job identifying issues and focusing on the problem areas. Even issues that I hadn't necessary recognized before. The space is relaxing, and everyone on the staff has always been really
