Missy B. at Via Van Bloom is AMAZING!! She went out of her way to help with a very unusual travel situation in which she didn’t even initially book!! She did all the work without a guarantee of obtaining the travel booking or payment!! She genuinely cared about the dilemma and searched every option to get it solved!!! We used Holly and her team to book our honeymoon and she had so many great ideas for us that worked for our budget. Her knowledge of destinations and logistics impressed me and our trip to Norway for a 9-day cruise was exceptional. Also, having a 24-hr emergency access when traveling saved us when our flight was re-routed, Holly had our back. Will be using them for our next vacation soon!

Would not recommend, I waited two days had not heard anything. Called back this morning and Holly asked me to remind her what it was she was doing for me exactly. she is busy i understand, still 4:57 no phone call so I called back Holly picked up the phone and seemed really irritated that I was calling again and she said to me this is a busy time of year for us so if you need something now you will need to look somewhere else. I would think being so busy at a travel agency would be a good thing.

Via Van Bloom was wonderful! Missy helped us plan our trip of a lifetime to Ireland! She helped me sort out details I was unsure about, assisted me with a question we had while in Ireland and handled a credit due to us from the airlines. She just took care of everything which left us with no worries and allowed us to relax and have a great vacation! I will definitely use Via Van Bloom for future trips ... thanks, Missy!
