I love my enhanced eyebrows. Susan touches up my permanent makeup annually and always does amazing work. I have a scar that runs through one brow and I have very slight hair on that brow so I need the touch ups so both brows match. They were redone 12 days ago and they look fabulous. The left brow is filled in well. Both brows match beautifully, the color is perfect, and my brows look so natural. I appreciate Susan and Nina very much for all their effective and helpful services, professionalism, creativity, friendliness, and caring attitudes. They have helped me a lot over the years. I would give many more stars for youbaby if possible! Susan and Nina are fabulous - professional and efficient but warm and caring as well. I have dry eye that, in my case, actually causes my eyes to tear and drip A LOT, making it almost impossible to wear any eye makeup. I'm fair skinned and feel very "washed out" without any eye "embellishment". Susan has changed that for me with permanent eyeliner. I love my new look and the fact that I no longer have to worry about eye makeup running due to "dry eye tearing".

I'm getting laser hair removal on my arms and legs, and you wouldn't believe the difference I've noticed in just two sessions! I used to have really coarse hair, and it's finer now than I can remember since I was about seven years old. Great service and great people, definitely the place to go if you never want to shave again!!

I went in last week and got permanent eyeliner makeup. Susan did a great job. It is still healing but it really makes a difference and I love it. I will go back in 8 weeks for a follow up to do any touch ups that may be needed. What a difference. Love waking up and already have my eyeline done and I love my eyeliner. I can always add more if I want to give a more dramatic look or wings. Youbaby Skin Spa is great.

Youbaby is amazing! Nina is so awesome to work with. I've been seeing her for the last several months to work on hyperpigmentation on my face (I am Asian). She fully explains the process and is very thorough with the procedure - I have a lot of areas to treat, unfortunately. Just had brow micoblading. So, so happy with the results. Susan was so helpful and did a fantastic job. My brows are so light but now I actually have eyebrows. I would recommend this place for any permanent makeup needs.
I've also had a lot of electrolysis sessions and again I'm so happy with the results.

I am a returning customer. Two years ago I had my eyes lined by Susan who did an amazing job! The process highlighted my eyes without being too obvious.
I returned recently to have my eyebrows enhanced. Again, Susan did an wonderful job. She is knowledgeable and creative and produced a outcome I find very satisfying.

I am a returning client coming from out of town. Susan accommodated my limited timeframe and was the only one I would trust to re-do my eyeliner. The experience was clean, sensitive and professional. I hope to have my follow up during one of her trips to Charleston. My only wish is that they were able to give me a couple of small ice pads for the "road".

I absolutely adore the staff at You Baby Medical Spa! They are a very attentive, intelligent team of skin care professionals who go out of their way to treat customers with respect and understanding of their skincare needs. I visited with the team regarding tattoo removal with their newest machine which provides outstanding results! During the initial consultation I was shown before and after pictures done in their facility as well as provided excellent answers to my many questions about the removal process. They provided cost analysis objectively and I must say after shopping around knocked it

Susan is the best. I was very hesitant to have microblading done on my brows. I am so glad that I did. My eyebrows were so light and thin. She did a phenomenal job. Now, I have eyebrows and it is wonderful. I have to admit I was nervous at first, but she put me at ease immediately. She also lined the bottom of my lids. It is great to get up in the morning and not have to use eyeliner. She is the ultimate professional and a perfectionist.

Wow, wow, wow! This a such a beautiful little place with an extremely knowledgeable staff. I have been looking into having my lips permanently colored and searching tons of sites I found youbaby. I had a consultation with Susan (who I immediately felt comfortable with) and she explained in detail the process, healing time, and what to expect. She was very interested in what I was wanting to achieve and asked multiple questions to make sure I was a good candidate for the procedure. I scheduled my appointment and couldn't wait!

I wanted to share my experience with Susan Melching as a new customer. I was a little hesitant to get permanent make up to fix my eyebrows. However after reading the reviews and talking w/Susan I decided to take the plunge. After about a month and a half I am thrilled with the results. I had eyebrows that faded as I aged and Susan was able to provide a look that not only perfectly matched my hair and skin, it is also exactly how I envisioned permanent make up should look. She is so thorough and in her 'pre-consultant' visit she answers any/all questions. I couldn't be happier!
