For years I took my vehicle to the dealership for service, but I would always need to be on my guard for them trying to sell me services that I didn't need. Once they tried to tell me that I needed a transmission fluid change when I had just done one a few months back with them. Someone had told me about Trent's garage, so I decided to try them out. After discovering a major gas leak, I was so happy to be referred to Trent's Garage. My home is in Virginia and I was supposed to be traveling on to Nebraska and South Dakota. Amy was terrific in the front office and the repair proceeded quickly and efficiently which allowed me to get back on the road to my destination. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

I had an exceptional experience at Trent's Garage. I came in for a routine oil change and forgot to mention that I've been hearing something making noise on the bottom of my car. They heard it on the short drive from the parking lot into their garage, figured out it was a loose heat shield, and fixed it for free! At the end of my appointment, they went over what kinds of maintenance problems to expect for my specific car. Absolutely wonderful customer service!

I have used Trent’s Garage on many occasions from the simple oil change on my SUV to more complicated issues involving my Class C Motorhome. Trent and his team are not afraid of taking on the more difficult challenges in Car and RV repair. The price has been fair compared to the competition throughout the Des Moines area and Trent’s Garage staff provide great customer service. Trent's Garage is amazing. I used their loaner car, and left my travel bags in the loaner when I picked up my car to go to the airport on a business trip. The only way I was going to make my flight was if they rushed my bags to me at the airport. I called and without hesitation they offered to have my bags driven to the airport by one of their people. I made my flight, and was grateful. Incredible customer service. And by the way they do a great job fixing cars!

I have been going to Trent's Garage and before it RJ's Service Center since 2003. I will not go anywhere else since I know they have the best interest of my vehicles in mind. The service is the best. Trent is honest and forthright and never repairs more than what is needed. He takes the time to let me know of any needed services and repairs that will be needed in the future. This allows me to plan how to get my vehicles scheduled for service without upsetting any of the drivers in my house. You can't go wrong by taking your vehicle to Trent's Garage.
