Battlefield Septic was founded in 1983. We've provided residental and commercial pumping in the Greater Springfield area for over 30 years. The portable restrooms were added in about 1990. We have seen about every septic system there is. And serviced them all. We will set 1 portable toilet on the job or 300 at your special event.
We are a small family business. Alison fields all the calls and schedules appointment. Ted and Kris take care of septic calls and grease traps. Jason Baty services all portable toilets, he has been with us over 10 years.

This is a wonderful company! They do great work! I am leaving this review however, due to a recent encounter I had with one of their emlpoyees. I called this number accidentally, mixing it up with another similar number. Not realizing this, I begin asking a question. I was cut off mid sentence by a woman who told me I had the wrong number, followed by a man in the background who told her to “just hang up”. The woman (I believe her name was Allison) was very rude and then did hang up on me mid sentence. I called back, to then be hung up on mid sentence. Again.

I am a realtor who called today (9/8/17) and tried to schedule some septic work for a client and the female answering the phone was apparently hard of hearing, had no idea what a septic baffle was and was so incredibly rude and hateful to me I finally told her I would find someone else to do the work so she hung up on me. Wow no thanks I don't need unprofessional companies like this doing work for my clients!
