Dr. Waszak originally started going to school for a Food Science degree, but while in school, she worked at a Chiropractic office and witnessed first-hand the incredible results she saw from people who received adjustments. Seeing how chiropractic positively impacted the lives of so many people inspired her to want to do the same.
Our chiropractic care is a gentle approach that is both effective and specific to each patient. Dr. Melissa Waszak has studied the art of chiropractic care and can identify areas along your spine and how they communicate to other parts of your body. The adjustments you'll receive will gradually take the pressure off the nervous system and thus restore the function of your body the way it was intended.
Unlike some other treatment options, chiropractic care does not require a medical referral from a physician or otherwise. We welcome walk-in patients and oftentimes can see you on the same day. While a pregnancy chiropractor may not completely solve all these issues, it can provide a great deal of relief. Nine months is a long time to be in discomfort, let us help you! You don't need a prenatal or pediatric chiropractor if you have a newborn baby that has no eating issues, discomforts (gas, bloating, grunting), and sleeps well.
We love the privilege of serving patients from other professionals whether you're a primary physician, pain physician, infertility specialist or otherwise. Dr. Waszak may just be the sweetest person I have ever met! I am 100% for chiropractors, but I am 100% picky on who I go to. I found Dr. Waszak from searching “pregnancy safe chiropractor” as I am about 19 weeks pregnant. From her website and google reviews I felt I had finally found my chiropractor after living in Omaha for two years. Today’s visit confirmed the hunch and she is who I will be going to as long as I am in Omaha. Definitely check her out if you are looking for gentle, yet effect adjustments.

I came to see Dr Waszak because my baby was transverse and my lower back pain was unbearable. She was able to use the webster technique to successfully flip my baby girl head down and help me manage my back pain. She came to the hospital after giving birth and adjusted both me and my daughter. Dr Melissa was also instrumental in our breastfeeding journey and everything that came along with the initial anxiety of a newborn baby. Dr. Waszak has adjusted my daughter since we brought her home from the hospital in February 2016. I am always impressed with Dr. Waszak's kind, caring spirit and the individualized attention she gives to her patients. She truly loves our daughter and it comes through in the way she cares for her.

We absolutely love Dr. Melissa! My kids love going in and getting adjusted. They're always excited to go see her. I started taking my son there when he was 3 weeks old for acid reflux and colic. By 10 weeks he was off his meds and a completely different baby. Dr. Melissa made a huge difference. She truly cares for her patients and is wonderful to work with. She is the absolute best!

Going to see Dr. Waszak was my first experience with a chiropractor for one of my children! I took my daughter there to help with some her spitting up and nursing issues. I saw Dr. Waszak from the beginning of my third pregnancy until we moved to another state. She is, by far, the BEST chiropractor around. She always went above and beyond what was expected for my entire family. She and her office staff have always been friendly, patient, loving, and knowledgeable in every aspect of my family's care. I can't say enough good things about Dr. W and her practice. We go on a weekly basis and look forward to it. Our 3 year old has had zero ear infections since we started. My pregnancy was pain free and I got relief from my morning sickness and flipped my breech baby with her help. My husband hasn't been suffering from recurring sinus infections, and we are healthier overall. She has worked with our budget which is so helpful.
