I had a great experience with Casella Garage Doors. The owner personally came out at short notice and walked me thru my options and prices and did not push me to upgrade beyond my budget. It was affordable and came with many options which pleased me. Scheduling the installation time was a breeze as they accommodated my schedule easily. The team who was every bit as courteous polite and helpful as the owner. They arrived on time and delivered the product in a timely manner removing all evidence of the old door. It was a vast improvement over the old door and is so energy efficient by comparison

At 39 weeks pregnant, one of our garage doors stopped working reliably. Naturally I panicked about the car getting trapped and called someone immediately. Jesus came out and he and the other man he worked with that day (sorry - name escapes me) fixed the problem and took several steps to ensure the door has a long life. They gave our other door a once over, helped me change the code for the electronic pad, and replaced the emergency lock that opens the door in case of power outage. I randomly called Casella. I couldn't have made a better choice. I was nervous because as a woman I feel that I would get ripped off. Gabriel came out the next morning and explained what the issues were and fixed them right away. The prices were very reasonable. Moreover he took the time out of his busy day after he finished the project to return and help me reprogram the codes. I will definitely call on him when we need a complete overhaul of our doors or any other issues occur in the interim because it's hard to find such honest, decent, and reasonably priced people when you have

Quick, efficient and fairly priced. Gabriel came to my house and arrived on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Jesus came the following day and installed two new openers, rebuilt my doors with new hinges and nylon rollers.
Now my doors are quiet and good for many years to come.

I met with Gabriel and my doors needed replacing. They had been damaged by the previous owners and in bad shape. Jesus, was the installer and he was PHENOMENAL!! Very professional and on time. He cleaned up after himself and tested the doors several times. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need a garage contractor.
