I booked Platinum for my mom's 70th birthday! On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20. My experience was awesome from start to finish. Antonio kept me abreast of our itinerary. He was always available within minutes to answer questions. Our driver was John. He was on time, polite and very accommodating. The Mercedes sprinter was clean, spacious, and smelled amazing. I would definitely book with this company again for any future limo services!
