On 7/27 @10:30am Spoke to a woman named Karina about payment on an invoice that is 2 months old. She keeps telling me the lady who "does payment" is only in on Wednesday and Thursday. I told her I would have to hand this off to collections if it wasn't laid my EOM and she hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and she tells me doesn't have time for my BS. Very unprofessional company.

Their driver hit my truck and ran 10 miles across state lines and now their insurance company is denying my claim because there is no police report. The reason there is no police report is because the driver ran across state lines and the local and state police said they could not write a police report for another state. Now I'm stuck with a 1500 dollar repair bill.

Worst company . Every week they came up with different charges to still your money. Don Blue is the manager and dispatcher of Jacksonville Florida . when you sign the contract , it 80 for truck 20 for Quaker . but when you get your statement it is more than 20 percent . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The owner Butch Blackburn hires Agents (Christopher King) who will sub contract the work to outside companies and once the work is completed they refuse to pay the contractor for completed work.
I have invoices, BOLs and tons of information from Pioneer Transport about the work my team completed but they are refusing to pay us.
So off to court we go!!! SMH
