After graduating from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. with a BS degree in Business Management, I became a State Farm Agent in 1990. I also spent time in the LA. Army National Guard and was Honorably Discharged. I am a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. I am Vice President of the Board of Trustees at The Warren Center non-profit and have volunteered for many years with Big Brothers of Metropolitan Dallas.
During my career at State Farm, I have received many awards including: Legion of Honor, Millionaire Club Qualifier and Ambassador Travel. I am also 3 times Chrystal Honor, Chairman's Circle and SVP award winner. My team and I enjoy providing GREAT customer service with Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, and some Health Insurance products.

I have had both homeowner and auto insurance through Dale Johnson for about thirty years. My forty-year career before retiring was in a service industry (hotel finance and accounting), so I am quick to critique management and service issues when I see them, but through all the years (and, unfortunately several claims on both policies), I can't think of a single blemish on a perfect service record. For the first two decades I was spoiled by Jackie who was awesome. I admit to being a little worried when she retired, but now I think I need to give more credit to Dale himself, because the younger folks

This office has been terrible on following up on claims! I thought when you paid & this was your agents that they were suppose to call and follow to see how your claim is going. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, I have to constantly call the 1-800 number to get information and even then, they keep passing you around from person to person! TERRIBLE!!
