Our mission and purpose is to see our clients and their families restored both physically and emotionally from the hurt and confusion that accompanies severe injury, or loss of a loved one.
Together, three courageous women who were subjected to sexual harassment by their former employer found strength to come forward. While Mr. Smith fought for life in the hospital, his family called on Braddock Law to fight for the resources he would need to make a full recovery. An 800-foot fall from a cliff left Ms. Lewis significantly injured - and significantly in debt.

I cannot gush enough about the service provided to me by my lawyer Joshua Braddock. He took on my case in May of 2019 and it took two years, until May 2021, to resolve. Two years Josh (and Laura Sasaki) stood by me and went to literal battle for me. Obviously the details of the case are private, but it was UGLY. Not once did they make me feel like an annoyance, or a burden, or like I called too much. They made me feel like I was capable and deserving. Although I have worked for San Diego law firms for the past 30 years, I recently had occasion to need some legal help myself.

Josh and his office staff guided me through the long process of a rear-end auto accident with a difficult insurance company, making me out to be the culprit. Josh was supportive from the very beginning, letting me know each step of the way what was happening, and keeping me informed. During deposition, and mediation he was a solid and calming presence, and his negotiation skills were spot-on. He did not let me down, and I was very satisfied with the final outcome.
