I highly recommend Trent of Yellowhouse Home Inspection. He inspected an investment property for me and did an excellent job. We walked away from the property initially due to the repairs needed, but ended up buying the property after the seller agreed to putting on a new roof and lowering the price $24,000. Exceptional service- you won't find a more knowledgable and diligent home inspector. My husband and I hired Trent for our home inspection on a new construction home.
