I scheduled an appointment last November I believe. I had been very sick with hormone issues. I was assured they took my insurance. Several times. Only to find out from them just a day or two before the appointment they didn’t.

VenusViva with @SkinShan is the best! Shani is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The first treatment was great but after the second treatment, my face looks and feels AWESOME, so clean, refreshed and tighter, especially around the eyes where I had bags and dark spots. Dr. Saba is my most favorite doctor i have EVER been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The waiting room is newly remodeled and so clean. After being here so long..I can't believe it had to come to this. Dr. Saba was my favorite doctor. She helped me through my weight-loss and I referred my whole family there because of it. However, things for me had changed. I had been under stress sometime after my divorce and the changes in my new employment had taken a toll on me. The new job that I am at, at the airport had been very hectic. American Airlines had been short on staff leaving many of us currently working, with lots of work to do. I don't sit. I push to get work done and unfortunetly, I didn't take care of my body

I had been going to another doctor for years and was not feeling great and the best they would give me was "you are getting older, it happens". I decided to check out hormone pellets and on the pellet site was Dr. Shabnam. It only took one visit to know how much she cares, how much she researches and knows and keeps up to date on everything. We love this doctor. Me and my sister and my family goes here and we look good and we are healthy she is detailed with our health and if you think she is rude she really isn't . she just wants you to get better. If you go to other doctors they won't tell you much like her . I will be surprised if If someone complains . The ladies at the front desk is very helpful and very nice . They have lots of customers and they are very busy so I understand how they are

Dr. Shabnam is highly intelligent and considers all aspects of my care. She got me started on allergy shots which greatly reduced my symptoms. She has encouraged and assisted me in weight loss and smoking cessation. She is compassionate and helped me get my health back on track. Her office staff is polite and caring.

I've only been to her offices once and I was appalled by how unprofessional she was. After that visit, I immediately found a new provider. A coworker of mine had an even worse experience in which Dr. Saba was very rude and dismissed her valid concerns.
I kept getting emails from them even though I keep unsubscribing. If you want to be harassed by email even though you have unsubscribed - this is the person you should go to.
