I love coming here, rather it be a routine appt, the ER or the walk in clinic!!! I have gone to the same Dr. for years but recently have started switching our whole family over to Shenandoah Medical Clinic. I haven't had a bad experience yet when getting checked in, in the ER, in the walk in clinic and the employees in billing are amazing to work with! I also delivered 2 babies there one in 2016 and one in 2018 and recieved very good care!

My doctor went on vacation so I had no choice but to go here. They confused the medications I was on. Didn't listen to what I had to say. My sleep meds they would not give to me and I desperately need them. I was given the weakest thing they could possibly give me for sleep. I had a severe reaction to them and had to throw the pills away and now I'm stuck taking NyQuil to sleep until my doctor gets back the 6th. Plus I have heart problems.

The OB that I had during my pregnancy was absolutely amazing. Dr. McLeod is a wonderful doctor. She was informative, careful, let me know all my options and the risks to those options. However the emergency room staff is horrible. Tried giving my 6 month old medicine without telling me what was wrong or what they were giving him. Dr. Rozaboom or whatever is rude, judge mental and thinks he can do no wrong and he knows everything. Definitely recommend the OB care, otherwise go elsewhere

I see Dr. Woods at the women’s health center, he and his nurse Lindsay are both wonderful. They’re so calm, understanding, great listening skills, and they both have an abundance of knowledge to offer when seeking advice. I’ve also had my blood drawn in their lab and the young gentlemen was very prompt and had such a great personality. I highly recommend Dr. Woods for women’s health!

The cardio rehab is top notch. The people running it really care about the patient. They take time with you to review your condition, answer questions, make sure you are progressing, and help you understand your condition and what you can do to improve your health. They are flexible with the scheduling and really want the patient to be successful. I’m so glad I went there for rehabilitation.

I love this hospital! Much better than clarinda! Dr. King was an amazing OB. Helped me through my complicated pregnancies, referred me to specialist in Omaha when he could no longer help with a few of my issues. Was amazing during the delivery process and even better during follow-up care. Took time to listen to my issues and question and would answer them to the best of his ability. Dr. Rozeboom is also amazing. Some say he is rude but he has never been rude to me. He has answered my questions about my children, has cared enough to have me come back for follow-ups, my child is comfortable with

I visited my Grandpa, at this hospital between, 1986 & 1987. He was a resident from Burlington Junction, Mo. but was born in Iowa. They gave him good healthcare & good recommendations to the hospital in Omaha, Nebraska to an Oncologist. This hospital was a quiet & respectable hospital. It had nice employees & was clean within it. I am happy to see it has expanded & has been completely remodeled. That is progress in Iowa. Shenandoah, Iowa needed those changes.
