Great experience! Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The team arrived on time and worked very fast. They got everything done in under 30 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other spots. Definitely will use them again for any future glass repair.

I selected them because I like to use local small business and they had a great rating. Called on Monday, USAA delivered email they were being scheduled and BDR told me I'm scheduled for Wed morning. No conformation call Tuesday evening. I called Wed morning to confirm, and was told I had a $1000 deductible. My insurance is in Florida and there is no deductable in Florida for windshields which my email on Monday said. Took 2 hours to fix with USAA, Which could have been avoided with a call on Tuesday evening, office told me they were familiar with doing Florida ins. for windshields. Office said

I used BDR today to replace the windshield in my 2013 Civic Si. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I totally would. Everyone from the receptionist to the guys that replaced the windshield were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Worked with me when I missed my appointment and didn’t charge me any more than I was quoted. Extremely fast windshield replacement. Very reasonable pricing and they even come to you! Would certainly recommend BDR to everyone. Thanks guys! Y’all are awesome.

Very impressed with the BDR crew. They were courteous and professional. Were also able to provide services next day and called prior to arrival. Overall time to replace was roughly 35 minutes. Crew was very able and willing to answer all of my questions regarding the service, type of replacement window, warranty and any thing else. Big thanks!
