One of my favorite places to eat! The atmosphere is cute and cozy. The staff is so kind. The food is seriously authentic, fresh, and delicious. I would recommend any of their teas. Loved the spiced masala chai with cream and honey. I would also highly recommend the fish and chips, clam chowder bread bowl, and scones. Honestly though everything they serve here is so good you won't be disappointed!

Oh my gosh! Very delish beer batter fish. Clam chowder should be award-winning. And blueberry tea plus sweeter taste like you are eating fresh sweet blueberries. The French fries are good, have a great texture, but are too salty for me and my husband. I would say that's why 4 stars and not Five. The staff is super kind and efficient. A new front deck would be nice to enjoy the river while drinking the fabulous teas and eating the delicious food. We are telling our friends and massive family members.

We enjoyed their high tea last Saturday. (Reservation ahead required.) Freshly cooked and yummy, and the tea was just as described in the menu. (I bought a bag of the leaves, after.) The staff were plainly busy as busy can be, but unfailingly polite and attentive throughout. And the decor is just as a person would want for high tea -- lots of teapots and flowers. (If that's not your cuppa, well, consider yourself warned.)

Great spot! Took my sister, mom, niece and daughter there (both girls are under 18 months) and it was a fun experience for all of us! The owner helped seat us and explained to us how high tea worked since it was our first time. I would recommend to anyone!

Literally right off exit 45A We've been wanting to go here for almost 2 years. It finally happened 🎉 I had the green paradise blend cold !! WOW So refreshing and tasteful on this warm day. For dessert we have Pavlovo (might be pronouncing it wrong🤭) It was like a big meringue cookie with lemon curd filling, topped with this fabulous cream and not just any cream. You definitely got to go check it out. They also do weddings here.

My 12-year-old daughter has her review below.

They had a good variety of teas but they had more before.

I got earl gray tea with milk and a little bit of honey and sugar. They did not give us a spoon but it was steeped in front of me with a cool timer. The timer was chill. Over all the tea was delectable.

I got there just before closing and still got some scones. I got a plain one and an orange chocolate chip.

The plain scone was flakey and light like an American biscuit. It was what I imagine an English person making an American scone would be. I enjoyed it.

The orange chocolate scone was

Some might be put off by the prices on the menu, but the portions are incredibly generous - you'll have leftovers! Pozole and fish'n'chips are possibly the best in the valley, and I've been around. Looking forward to trying the crepes next time, and to sample the extensive tea selection.
Fantastic service despite being extremely busy. Completely worth the drive all the way from Medford area.

This was always a favorite place due to their lovely high tea service (the scones with Devon cream and lemon curd are to die for)

To survive Covid, they have been doing prepped meals. Unfortunately too big for our small household. But they have just added individual meal takeout and warmed outdoor tent dining for lunch and dinner 4 days a week. Hurray!

We tried the takeout the other night and it was excellent. Faves are the fish and chips (Perfectly cooked with great seasoning and sauces) and the chocolate pavlova dessert.

Definitely one we will repeat. It is worth the drive from Grants Pass

They're back!!! And better than ever. Same owners with a slightly different business plan and revised menu. Very safe environment with all mandated Covid systems in place. And the food!! Scratch made goodness. Eat there in their warmed tent area or take out. I've tried 7 items on their menu so far. Everything has been exemplary. Pozole, green Chile burrito, clam chowder, lemon curd pavola, fish and chips, roasted chicken salad, cottage pie. I'm on a serious mission to try everything

I have been to this restaurant for tea a couple times and heard they were starting a lunch and dinner service. We went for the fish and chips and they were top notch. I was a little concerned about eating out in the tents because Of the cold but it was comfortable and warm enough. Staff was friendly and the food was great! They are doing a great job with all the Covid restrictions being placed on restaurants right now.

Got some Clam Chowder and a Cottage pie along with some new teas. The clam chowder is so good. It's not just potato soup with clams. The huge pieces of clams were so yummy. The cottage pie, which I am eating now, is life changing. Make sure you spoon the onion gravy over it.

We had some out of state dear friends visit us for the first time. We wanted to do something special with them during their visit. We decided to go to the Teapot on Wheels. I am so glad we did!

The food was AMAZING! so was the service. We all had to bring home leftover yummy food.

The tearoom is beautiful, warm and inviting. The outside is along the river and is certainly a jewel on the Rogue.

LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! I did high tea with my great-grandparents in England when I was much younger and coming here recreated that experience with my own children. It was an absolute delight from start to finish. The surrounding gardens were so lush and beautiful, the food and tea were dainty and delicious, everyone dressed up and wore the big fancy hats. It was just a completely magical afternoon and was worth every penny. Definitely one of the highlights of my family's vacation and I can't wait to experience it again.

It was lovely! Myself and two friends went to enjoy high tea, and we loved it. We adored the venue, the staff was so sweet, and the service was phenomenal on top of the food being to die for! Not to mention all of the tea options which were loose leaf and not tea bags. I'm in love!

We're on our way to Seattle when my dad and I decided to switch places driving. We chanced upon The Teapot on Wheels when we exited. Being a tea enthusiast, I am delighted to see this place. This is the first time I visit a shop that focuses on tea! I don't know a place in my hometown that has the same concept, but I would love this to happen in my town!

The shop has a homey feel. Think Beatrix Potter or Alice in Wonderland kind of house. The displays are enticing, the teas are properly labeled. It just feels like you want to spend your time drinking tea there. The restroom is divinely

If you are a tea drinker you have to stop here, as they have a outstanding hot tea menu; Mary, our server was very knowledgeable and great at helping to pick the perfect cup.

The food is good as well, the crepes are our favorite, the chowder is gluten free (unless you put crackers in it) and very good. The plates are all full with large portions.

Closed on Sunday so they can go to church and it's a breakfast and lunch place with views of the river with the leaves changing.

We heard of this restaurant by word of mouth at the Del Rio Wine Tasting Room. One of the others tasting great wines

OK, DUDES, I've been here a half dozen times now. I have yet to order or taste anything here that isn't just fantastic. They have very smartly created a menu that is of course appealing to the tea and crumpets crowd. But there are several options for the man in your life, that just isn't sure about "that Teapot place".
The fish and chips is great, their Fry's and slaw are addictive. The King Arthur was AWESOME!!!
Plus of course many English style offerings.
