Absolute hacks, took my ATV in for an issue I couldn’t figure out waited a month for my appointment dropped it off and a few weeks later they tell me it needs a $580 repair so I said I would call them back in the morning with an answer. Called back the next morning and asked what would happen if this $580 doesn’t fix it, they then said come get the bike I don’t wanna work on it now. So I go to pick it up and when I get there the bike has none of the bolts in the front fearing accept for 2 out of 8 miss matched rando bolts where in. The battery wasn’t connected and my seat almost flew off

Good friendly staff that know what they are doing and talking about. Got my son's bday gift here. Well part of it and the guy who helped him with his boots was great. Explained why he needs them and. Just how they will protect his feet And legs he also. Helped with his chest protector and neck brace. If it's got to do with a bike 4wheelwr or side by side these guys can help or they can point u to a place that can

I took my boys electric scooter in to see if they could change a flat tire. The tire was on so tight that no amount of prying at home could get it off. The guys at Chico Motorsports had a heck of a time getting it off as well. But they didn’t give up and eventually got it. It took 30 minutes out of their time and they were nothing but professional and friendly. I would and will give them my business in the future.

Wayne came through on getting me a KLX 110 to surprise my son on his 10th Bday. I had orders in for 2 months at my local dealer, and was told 2 weeks prior to his BDAY that they wouldn't have one in time. I called Chico Motorsports and Wayne came through in 2 weeks! Thank you. My son loves his new bike.

I ride, I've used this shop to order parts, used their mechanics to get work done, I even bought a bike there a couple years ago. The staff is friendly, and cares. It's locally owned and seemingly does its best in what I can only imagine is a very tough industry.
One thing that did surprise me, they typically can order an item and get it in next day, and their prices are about the same as Amazon etc, barring some crazy deal.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with Bike related purchases. Andrew Young was very very helpful and continued to help me through out the day. I was able to get my bike going with the knowledge and patience of this gentleman. He was able to get me a chain, 3 master links, and the right tools without hesitation. Give this guy a raise!
