Employees need to safely get from their cars to the office and have a place to park. Customers need to be able to get through the parking lot if they are to get to your front door. I live next to your customer, you shave their lawn down like hay. You leave grass rows and don’t cross mow their lawn. Second they park the truck and trailer across my driveway. And will block my mail box so I don’t receive my mail. When I talked to the worker he challenged me and threaded me. I told him I was going to call the police. When I went back into my house, he pulled the truck forward and they got out and came up to the side walk and flip his center fingers of both hands in the air at my house. No professional at all.

Hired them to do snowplow this winter I asked what time they get out to doing it and they told me it’s usually clear by 6-7 am. We got snow last night and they never came to plow. I had to get out and got stuck had someone else do it. I’ll be canceling my services with them. I paid for December and not once did they come out.
