Lexington Catholic High School represents a long tradition of Catholic education in the Bluegrass Region. The school was formed in 1951 through the merger of two secondary schools, St. Catherine Academy (founded in 1823) and Lexington Latin High (founded in 1924).

It's with great pride that we welcome the opportunity to chair Lexington Catholic's Building a Better Future capital campaign. This school, dating back to its roots of Lexington Latin and St. Catherine Academy, has a long-standing tradition of providing a top-notch, Catholic education to all who have attended here.
Evaluate and revise the curriculum and resources to meet the needs of 21st-century learners. Create a multi-year plan to bring the financial activities of current self-funded athletics into the fiscal management of the operational budget. Use the National Catholic Educational Association/Advance Ed standards for Catholic schools as an annual assessment tool to determine whether the current offerings need improvement.
