Very clean friendly ,easy access . I have stayed at the inn down the street from there, I have stayed at the Hampton. Inn and none of them are as friendly and welcoming as the family at the Potsdam inn. Will stay every time we are up that way

An ice machine and an 11 AM checkout are pretty standard in the hotel industry. I live on the road and eat out of my cooler, so a hotel with no ice is a no-repeat for me. They also want you out by 10 AM.
A lot of places are using COVID as an excuse to eliminate breakfast, so this wasn't unexpected, but they should probably update this on Google Maps.

I was a bit nervous at first. It was actually better than I thought though. The guy at the front was super nice and was able to answer all the questions I had asked. The rooms were cute and quite and the beds were so comfortable. This was better than our stay at the quality inn. The price you cannot beat!! We will definitely stay here from now on.

Older place, but very well maintained and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when in Potsdam. Our bed was very comfortable, so maybe previous reviewers complaining about the beds stayed in a different room or the bed has been replaced since?

It's cheep and the room was reasonably clean. Bed was terrible, springs in the back, difficult to sleep. Staff were nice and check in was smooth. It's an okay place but that bed was just terrible.

The service is phenomenal and the rooms were immaculately cleaned. The owners always have amazing hospitality towards me and my family. We always choose this hotel when traveling to Potsdam NY. The only place we stay. We highly recommend this to everyone whose traveling to or around Potsdam NY. 😁❤️

After paying for my room I was told that the they were packed and my children needed to remain quiet for the evening as to not disturb other guests. My twin 6 year olds at 6pm had to remain quiet in a room I was paying for to keep everyone else satisfied. Yes, I did get a refund

I always stay at this motel when I come to visit relative and friends. I will only stay here. But I am disappointed they changed there television or cable company. I know spectrum ran a little more but you could get alot of channels . You could get channel 10 which gave news here as well as all the way down where I live in Syracuse. If you wanted just to relax in the room and watch tv you could get your regular showed like blue blood, or CBS, NBC, but now you are out of luck. I love the couple who own and run this motel and I have always given a 5 star rating but they came down a peg. But

Spent the night here during a business trip. Arrived late (9pm-ish) and the owner checked me in. He was very pleasant and got me checked in quickly. The Inn is set back from US 11 so it is quieter and is well lit. One floor and parking lot is directly in front of the Inn. Each room door opens directly to the parking lot which makes bringing luggage to your room very easy. I parked directly in front of my room nd the car was about 8 feet from the door to the room.
The water pressure is decent, there was a window air conditioner (can get very loud) with a remote and the flat screen TV had about

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the colleges. I and my husband were just there last weekend. It's very clean, as soon as you open the door you can smell how fresh the room is. The owners are very nice and helpful. They offer coffee and muffins in the morning. We always try to stay there whenever we're in Potsdam. You need to book early for they fill up quickly.

This is an old-style motel but is quite nice. The room was clean and updated. Bed was good. It's set back from the road do there was no noticeable road noise. I was there off season but the rate was a very nice $65. Free wifi that was strong enough to allow me to play/stream some golf videos. Recommend it.
