Rented both a carpet steam cleaner and also a carpet cleaning/shampooing machine. The machines worked fine, but in my particular case of roof tar leakage, there was only so much that could be done. The lady was super nice and so was the gentleman who helped me get the piece into my trunk. I may have returned an hour late past the "24-hour" window which should have pushed me into the next day, but they only charged me the one day.

This is the place for you if you want a run around!!! Go here, no you need to go here, no go talk to Eddie, no go here. I just wanted my darn snowblower fixed. Very disappointed as I have been here many times before and expected better. However, if you don't want to fix my snowblower, don't waste my time, just tell me.

Working with Aspen Rent-all was a breathe of fresh air. They where friendly, helpful, and really reasonable with there pricing. I have visited similar companies throughout the summer and let's just say they where not nearly as easy and convient as Aspen Rent-all. They gave me extra hoses with my compressor at no charge. They didn't charge me mileage on my compressor and I left with every thing I needed for the job. When I brought it back they even gave me a little refund because we didn't use it nearly as long as we thought we would. Will always rent from them for future work and projects. Very

This place is the worst. The blade on the tile saw was so dull the machine shut down less than one inch into a tile (and the owner said there was still life in the blade - what a joke!). And they forgot to put the grinder in the box when they gave it to me costing me an extra trip down valley to get it. Definitely going somewhere else next time.
