When cleaning roofs, the workers who perform the cleaning must be covered under workers comp code 5551 which is a roofing workers comp code.
Power washing code (9041) does not cover workers operating on roofs but only on non-elevated surfaces (ground floor). Workers who have workers comp exemptions are basically not covered by insurance policy. Don't play with fire - DO NOT hire a company who is not properly insured. Disgusted with this company! My HOA hired them, and I was on a NO WASH list, confirmed and discussed with crew lead Claudio. As such, I moved nothing, and did not protect my plants, landscaping or patio furniture. I came home from work to find they cleaned my roof, and walked all over it as well. Was told they sprayed my bushes first to protect them, but I know that's a lie, because all of my outside water access is locked! Everything, including holiday decorations, were exposed to their horrible smelling chemicals. Their customer service rep who called, did apologize and wanted a list of what

Alberto is here right now. His pre- cleaning procedure is excellent. Water down all landscaping. Safely spraying cleaner on roof Then rinse completely. Roof is white tile again !! Rinse entire area post treatment to get cleaner off house and plants. Great hard worker

They really do not care they say yes just because I would not recommend because they leave the drainage bags for much longer then necessary my 100 year old neighbor cleaned it herself because was a strong smell when she sat in her florida room, also very toxic smell for days this cannot be good for us, the environment, plants and animals they need to use a safer way!!

Nice to know, that when you quote a job not to tell the home owners you are going to take the paint off the door. Than it is real simple enough to just come by and claim no responsiblity whatsoever and just drag a finger on the door and say its bad paint. Full marks for this company on being proffesional, and owning up to the mistakes they make.

I don't write reviews often but great service should be recognized! I had my driveway, front walkway, and pool deck cleaned by Fiddler recently and they did an incredible job. The technician Alex was fast, efficient, and very friendly. He was extra careful about my beloved plants in the front yard and made my driveway look brand new! The office staff (Karen and Cassee) were very accommodating about scheduling around the bad weather we've been having. It is nice to know my community has such a reliable and friendly company to perform this work!

I have called your office 2 days in a row to have the bags removed from my drain pipes. The roof was cleaned 6/12/20 and we have had much rain. I was told someone would be out to do it. I guess someone came today and removed 1 bag from 1 drain and left the other 2 behind. Maybe it was raining too hard. I will be calling your office again tomorrow making it 3 calls to try to get this done. Has your company ever heard of the expression of " attention to details". The roof cleaning came out very good but you dropped the ball at the end. Not happy. I am sorry to even give you 1 star.

Excellent experience way better and more professional than the first time I had my roof cleaned by another company I will definitely be using Fiddler again Mary in the office was very helpful in scheduling it… and the technician came out on time actually early and did an excellent job in cleaning my roof and cleaned up everything after himself
