First class all the way around! Recently purchased a Veranda pontoon boat from Carey & Sons. This was the best purchasing experience that I can recall for any product at any time. Romney Carey is a true gentleman. Can’t imagine a nicer guy. Our salesperson, Johnny was also first class. Perfect level of communication. Danielle who assisted with paperwork was sharp as a tack. We were greeted at every visit with respect and attention. Felt like we were their best customer. If you are buying a boat in DFW and not visiting Carey & Sons, you are doing yourself a disservice. Wife and I stopped by Saturday and met a man at the door with the personality of gravel
Salesman simply tossed a binder in front and said this is the two I have. No interest in spending time or to help us make any decisions. I guess he thought if we weren't buying right now why waste his time.Drove to Fort Worth the salesperson met us in the parking lot took us around showed us what she had and what she could get us.Short story we will be getting our custom pontoon in 4 weeks we weren't concerned about price we were looking for good service.

What can I say. Bought a boat from Carey’s had a hick up first day. Robert was out to help us out. Who or what could ask for more as far as service goes. We have taken our boat back to Carey’s for yearly service. We go out on the lake confidently knowing Carey’s has put us in that position. I’d only recommend Carey’s for boat service. Romney, Robert are honest and straightforward, no if or buts about it.
