Below is an example of the different chiropractic services we offer in our Jacksonville office. When arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time, it can be nerve racking; especially if you have never received chiropractic care before. Its nice to know what to expect when you come to our Jacksonville chiropractic office for the first time. This will make your experience more enjoyable and can also shorten the length of your initial visit.
Chiropractic care is much like dental care. At a young age, we are taught to take care of our teeth. At the ages of 8-12 months, teeth begin to bud, and it is understood the we begin to floss and brush. This practice of good dental hygiene is imperative in order to avoid tooth decay, gum disease, bad breath, and other dental problems.
Upon entering our office, our front desk associate will welcome you and have you sign in. If you did not get a chance to fill out the paperwork online, you are welcome to do that in our waiting area. However, it will save you time if you are able to submit the paperwork before your first visit. It is wise to bring any diagnostic images, reports, or other healthcare related files to your first visit if they are recent within the year.
So Aiden came to tell me today that he wanted to write a letter to Dr. Zack Stalnaker (his chiropractor). Here it is: It says Dr. Zack, Thank U 4 helping me breathe. These few words that he wrote have such a huge meaning! Aiden has had asthma since the age of 2yrs old, it turned into severe asthma and he was on treatments/steroids 2-3x a day.

I suffered a blunt impact to my left side lower back that had been causing substantial pain. After confirming there are no rib fractures, I began seeing Dr Zach. Since last Friday, I have had 3 adjustments and have made major progress in the healing process. The pain has diminished to the point where I can sleep through the night without medication.

I’ve been to other chiropractors, but Revive Chiropractic & Wellness is the best! Dr. Zack looks for the source of the pain and not just reduce symptoms. He also has patients fill out an “Environmental Risk Assessment”. This showed what factors my diet, exercise, stress, etc. plays into my health. I love 💕 his whole body approach to healthcare!

I was in such pain with my hand that I could not sleep through the night. My husband recommended that I try Dr. Zack. He got to the root of my problem and I am doing so much better. I am sleeping through the night and the pain is almost completely gone. He is the best and he really listens to your issues and addresses them with appropriate treatment. I would highly recommend this practice!
