We believe in the mobile physical therapy model: there is no wait time, you will see the same provider every visit, and the appointment is one on one with no distractions. By focusing on each patient individually, we are able to get patients better faster, saving the patient both time and money! Consistent treatment and follow through is essential for your body to start feeling better.
Let's get you on a treatment plan! I saw Kiley for both my knee issues and after my hip surgery. My dad saw her for his shoulder, after going to an appointment with him I knew I had to have her as my physical therapist! She pays immense attention to detail and greatly personalizes your treatment. It's clear she knows her stuff, and she has the certifications to prove it.

I have had the opportunity to treat a great deal of Erlos Danlos patients over the years, and hypermobility disorders have become close to my heart as I've gotten to know many of those patients well because they need physical therapy so often.
This style of practice is wonderful for an EDS patient because I understand the ins and outs as well as the complications associated with the condition and I believe that being connected to a physical therapist at all times is imperative.Finding a health care practitioner who even knows that this condition exists can been very difficult and that is incredibly frustrating; I have helped several patients over the years get their initial diagnosis.

While on a business trip, my plantar faciitis flared up, I was able to communicate with Dr. Holmes. She was able to help me immensely. She explained the possible the causes of the flare up and even went as far as taking a look the type of running shoe I had. I had the wrong type for my foot! She took the time to explain why it was the wrong type for me, and what was the best type of shoe for me and how to avoid plantar faciitis in the future. I made the changes, followed her instructions and she has followed up on me and I have been pain free for 6 months. I had plantar faciitis for 4 months before

I was in a lot of pain following sitting at work one day and needed to be seen quick. Kiley came to me and took the time to not only look at my neck but also my posture and perform some sort of magic with her hands that made me feel 75% better. She gave exercises and called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I was seen again and after the second visit I was back to being 100%! These were the best medical appointments I have ever had and I will definitely be using her again!
