Mike and Pat Dalton started Quality Auto Trim in Spokane in March of 1980. Since the beginning, Quality Auto Trim has been family owned and operated. This year we will be celebrating our 38th anniversary! Mike started his business out of the back of his Ford Pinto station wagon, doing vinyl pinstripes for the car dealerships on Spokane's Auto Row.

I received a remote start from QAT as a Christmas gift. A special part was needed to be able to install it in my car. They ordered the part immediately and it arrived within a week. When it came time to set up the install appointment I was having trouble on my end due to my work schedule and lack of a ride to and from work while they would have my car. Tim, the gentleman helping me on the phone with my appointment was extremely helpful and courteous. He offered to come get my car from me while I was at work on the day of my appointment so I would not have to leave my shift or find a ride back.

By far the best customer service I have received probably ever! Fast to get the parts needed, fast to get my appointment scheduled and extremely accommodating with my work schedule. Fantastic communication and top notch customer care. I just had a remote start installed and so far it's great but I was more impressed with the awesome customer service. Tim was amazing!

Just not a great experience. The estimator (owner?) who I dealt with expected me to have a level of expertise about window tinting that I didn't have. He spoke to me like I'd been in the business for years when I needed *him* to educate *me* about it. The work itself looks pretty good but it's more of a haze than the tint I wanted. Two windows and a sunroof was $350 so the value just wasn't there and they did the sunroof WRONG. Cannot recommend this business.

Amazing service, amazing professionalism, all around quality business. Called and got a quote from Mike (owner) to get two vehicles tinted and they charge a fraction of what other places around town want. Quality of work is superior to any tint I’ve ever had before. All 3 of my vehicles have been tinted by them and I plan to only use QAT for all my tinting needs and future detailing. 100% a customer for life.

Great place!! I called first thing this morning looking to get my WeatherTech lampgards installed and Quality Auto Trim was the only place in town who could install today. They got me in as soon as I could get there. They advised me that it might take couple hours because they would have to take someone off another project to get to mine, I was more than ok with that. Finished under a hour and couldn't be more happier with service and the quality of work looks amazing. Price for install was lower than anyone i called.

This was my first visit to Quality Auto Trim. Mike is the owner. I wanted window tinting and paint protection on my new 2020 BMW M550i. I love the job they did on my car. Everything looked wonderful. Quality auto trim did an amazing job with the window tinting on my car. The window was broken into so I replaced the car window and had to match the trim. I scheduled a timely appointment with the service and was greeted right away and on time. They handled the service and after I came back 30 minutes later and the window was tinted and done. It matched and was done well. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second time using this establishment and they've done nothing but a superior job to my two vehicles that I've brought in. They responded almost immediately to my requested quote on yelp. They were able to get me in for the work on the same day as well. The quality was top notch and they use the best products on the market for tint. On top of that, they offer a lifetime warranty for the work. My quote was one of the lowest in town and the first response when I request multiple quotes from all of the other installer around.
