A couple of years ago I got tired of my old tax person, the communication wasn't there and I didn't feel like he was doing his best for me. I looked for someone new in the area and found Sutter Tax. Honestly it made me feel foolish I stayed with the last guy as long as I did. Lisel is awesome, her personal touch, great communication and advice help save me and my wife a lot of $$$. And she is honestly just pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Lisel and her team.

I switched to Turbo Tax after hiring different people to do our taxes for a few years, I never felt it was worth it and figured i was smart enough to do my own taxes. Lisle is AWESOME! We owe every year and not just a little bit either. This was our first visit and we got money back! If I could grab who ever's reading this by the shoulder and gently shake them to drive this point home I would. WE DIDN'T OWE! OMG! Sooooo emotional about that right now.

Called last week for a Health Insurance quote. The CS girl was very pleasant and said the main rep would call me. NEVER got a call back. I own a small business also and don't have the time to spare to call around. Ended up calling someone else and got GREAT service/pricing and bought my insurance. Poor CS leads to failure in any business.

I found Lisel on Yelp and I am glad I gave her a shot! I just met with Lisel about an hour ago to get my taxes done. My old tax preparer had retired and left the state and I needed a new one. A friend referred Lisel at Sutter Tax so we decided to try her out. Lisel found many more deductions on our return than the previous preparer. My wife and I have a complicated return, and Lisel has saved us alot of money over the years honestly and ethically. I met Lisel at a local networking event and immediately liked her. I had been doing my taxes on my own for years. I had her do my 2011 taxes and was thrilled with the results. Not only did I get a refund when I expected to pay, she also audited my previous tax returns and found more errors that resulted in even more refunds.
