10-15 Transit is a state and federally funded PUBLIC transportation system. Service is available to ANYONE needing transportation in Region 15 & Region 17 - Appanoose, Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Van Buren, Wapello and Wayne Counties. All services are open to the general public, including persons with disabilities.

Riders may use the bus for nearly any purpose: grocery shopping, medical and dental visits, congregate meals, going to work or school or personal business. Public transit services in Appanoose, Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Van Buren, Wapello, and Wayne Counties. General Public Fare for local transportation - $2.00 in town and $4.00 in the County.

75% of the interactions I've had with employees of this company have been very negative. Two weeks ago, one of the drivers, whom I won't name because I think he was acting on pressure from the dispatchers or his boss...dropped my Aunt off at her apartment and wouldn't wait the 2-3 minutes it took for my Mom to go get her a wheelchair. My Aunt can not walk or stand for very long due to knee surgery that did not go well for her. She was also standing in fresh snow and ice in her socked feet. She had just returned via 10-15 transit to her home after being discharged from the emergency

First off this place is the most dysfunctional place I have ever seen. They usually show up late to addresses sometimes the addresses are not even accurate that they put down for drivers. They can't keep track of which driver is assigned to which person and who picks up who from what destination. The mechanic at this place is a quack he stands around a good majority of the day drinking out of his coffee cup and or is hanging around in the offices bs'ing with everyone. The buses this company has some well over 300,000 miles with other numerous problems like oil leaks, steering out
