ENSO Fabrication is a custom design, fabrication and waterjet company located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area with projects installed around the world.
A Waterjet is an industrial tool which cuts a variety of materials, like metal and stone, using a very high-pressure jet of water (60,000psi) and an abrasive substance called garnet. The waterjet is the most versatile process because it is able to cut almost any type of material. It is also a very precise cutting process.
ENSO Fabrication specializes in custom waterjet mosaics and medallions for residential and commercial projects. We work directly with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to create works of art that are stunning and beautiful. Utilizing the waterjet machine, we are able to design and manufacture the most intricate medallions, murals, floors, table tops, backsplashes, border and field patterns.
Our decorative metal panels are used in a wide variety of applications such as facades, feature walls, balcony and stair railings, juliette balconies, dividing and privacy screens, shading, canopy panels, and more. These eye-catching perforated metal screens provide a defining private feeling while keeping the area open.
ENSO Fabrication can enhance your floor presentation with a custom logo, unique pattern or intricate medallion. We frequently use colorful wayfinding floor graphics to quickly direct people through airports, hospitals or schools. Flooring inlays can be used in entry ways, luxury residences, businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, casinos, shops, or public installations.

Enso Fabrication has exceptional customer service and excellent craftsmanship. The owners did a wonderful job walking us through the project and even helped us make some final decisions on finishing touches. They were knowledgeable and professional at all times with great lines of communication. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them in the future.

I have worked with EnsoFab on multiple projects and have always been pleased with how detailed and skilled their team is. They help to make my ideas buildable, by their use of drawing software and fabrication expertise. They go above and beyond to ensure the project is successful, both in schematics/design development and in implementation. ENSO has made my final blacksmithing projects look GOOD. They have cut many different projects of many different metals with detail that I cannot do at my forge and anvil. The finished detail is amazing and all that I have to do is add on their elements to my forged pieces, and my customers go Ooooh Wowww!!! The oooh factor when they see their project delivered and installed is way up there and they don’t mind paying such high prices for “my” work. ENSO you make great quality, reasonable prices, on time delivery... you rock!

I contacted ENSO Fabrication on the chance that they could help me design and install a beautiful custom metal gate at my home. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention I received from ENSO owners and staff who helped guide me from the raw idea of what I had in mind to a stylish finished product. I'm not creative by any means but I definitely wanted a gate that complimented the time period of my house and, more importantly, one that was visually see through but would never trap my pets heads in the opens spaces. I sent ENSO a picture of my house where the gate would be placed and we worked

I’ve admired Enso’s work from California— from website pictures or social media and now more recently, the work that they did for our local Target store, giving it a total facelift and making it feel like a department store now! Absolutely beautiful custom designs and quality materials...hope you get more projects on the West Coast, including something for our home?! 🤩
