Our vinyl product manufacturers warrant to the original consumer that their vinyl products will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. A color fade warranty covers the product for 10 years. Unacceptable color fade is defined as product that had a color loss greater than 3.0 Delta E.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST cannot be shipped same day and will be considered to have been placed the next business day. Shipping transit times are based on business days and exclude weekends and UPS holidays. Orders are shipped on a first come-first served basis. During peak times shipments may be delayed.

We used Penn Fencing to replace our old wooden fence along our driveway. They were very responsive getting a quote to us and responding to our questions. The actual time till install took a bit longer than expected but this might have to do with Covid19 supply chain issues, not sure. The only issue we had was that the quote for the fence install was a bit more than expected since it only took them 2 days to install and we demoed the original fence. Otherwise they were great to work with.

We had our wooden privacy fence replaced this summer. Penn fencing gave us the best quote by far, and they were the most professional company we talked to. The work was completed quickly and on time, and our fence looks awesome! They also use high quality cedar which I appreciate. I'd definitely recommend them for your fencing needs!

We had a good experience with Penn Fencing. Our salesman Matt was prompt with his consultation and getting a quote to us afterwards. We liked the quote provided to us so we sent our deposit check in soon after. We knew they were booking far out but when we hadn't heard from them in over 6 weeks to check in with us after cashing our check, I called both Matt and John (the scheduler) multiple times with no call back. It wasn't until I called back mad that my phone calls were instantly returned with an estimated start date. When they finally did start, Ed and John did an overall fantastic

Great to work with. They arrived on time and stayed with the job until completed. (6 days) This was a huge deal for us as so many companies start and stop your project and you never seem to know when they are coming back, etc. NOT wit Penn Fencing. Excellent at communication. Excellent service as well. Had some adjustments that needed to be done to the gate, etc. and they came out and fixed it. No questions. No issues. I highly recommend.
