Buying a house can be a stressful event and Charlie Boucher (of the Bean Group) did his absolute best to help the process go smoothly. Charlie knew our area very well, used his experience to suggest a reasonable price and told us what to expect.
Buying a house was a bit more challenging for us, because of the things we wanted/needed for our new home. Charlie didn't show us anything which didn't meet our criteria.
