I have recently taken my vehicle here for a major recall and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure everything was done timely and properly. After being told by another Mazda dealership I'd be put on a waitlist for the recalled parts, I called Daytona Mazda and spoke to Mike, who was incredibly friendly was immediately scheduled an appointment to get it done. When the repairs were done their senior tech Noah even sent a detailed and very informed video of my vehicle's inspection and the repairs that were done. I had a great experience at Daytona Mazda. The staff is great and helpful. My advisor Erica and the manager were great. I was surprised with the manager saying 'Hi' and introducing himself to everyone in the waiting area, I didn't see that before. Waiting area it is really nice - water and snacks. I liked the video that they sent me that showed an issue with my car. They also provide me a reward card. The service received went beyond my expectations. I am so happy that I came to Mazda and found a car that suits me and my daughter. Nate made my experience the best one. I don’t know much about cars but I am a single mom and making sure my daughter is safe in a vehicle is my first priority.
