Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. We have been customers of Dutchtown Pharmacy since we moved to the area 12 years ago and have always been pleased with the service we received. Today we had an issue with a medication the doctor wrote. She request a generic drug but no generic was available and our insurance copay was $70 for the brand. The pharmacist helped us locate a copay card and when that was still more than we were willing to pay for a maintenance medication she said we can always call the doctor to prescribe something different. We decided not to fill and check back with the doctor for an alternative. We would have never

Would not fill my rx. Talked to two different people, and both kept trying to tell me it was a 40 day rx when I've been filling the same rx there every 30 days for months now. And then they had the audacity to tell me how much medication I should have left. All they had to do was look in the computer and see for themselves. Went to Prairieville Pharmacy, and had no issue. Will no longer do business with these condescending people.
