They never answer the phone and keeps researching the appointments for weeks. I have no clue why ucis recived my 2 applications 6 months after filling paperwork with them. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there they diserve -5 star rate. Good luck with them!

Do not use this company IT IS A SCAM!
My mother had an appointment today with the judge, we confirmed with the lawyers the day before for the appointment. They confirmed everything, and when this morning THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They told us a lie saying they were there and they have paperwork. The judge gave us the paperwork and we waited for 3 hours and the judge had to reschedule for another 6 MONTHS die to the attorney not showing up. This process has been going on well over 2 yrs now and it should not take that long. They only want cash and will not give refunds even if they don't show up. They
