Over the last 3 years, my insurance rates have increased annually from $606.76 in 2019 to $730.76 in 2020 (20%) ... then after a year of virtually no driving and no car shows, Heacock greeted me with yet another increase to $911.76 (25%). In all, since signing up with Heacock in 2018, my rates have increased from $586.76 to $911.76 ... or a whopping 36%. Throughout that time no claims were submitted, I never requested anything and I drove about 2,500 miles in all.
Tell me HOW THOSE RATE INCREASES MAKES SENSE?? Err, thank you very much for nothing.

Across the street is a beautiful building which holds other part of Heacock. This location is primarily an office/call centre with lovely people inside. You would only come here for classic/antique/race car insurance, but enjoyable when you arrive. Very knowledgeable staff and comfortable setting. They'll personalise your visit and understand your needs.

I qualified to get insurance with this company. All the requirements were meet except for insurance. I do have insurance. I am listed as a Driver. I am Insured if in an accident, but yet they need me to be primary on the policy. This company did not allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. I tried to resolve the problem the right way. I will not recommend to any of my car club members this company. There is a reason Hagerty classic car insurance is number one.
